Dr. Chou has the gift of listening and relating to her patients as well as being caring. Her emails are always thorough and precise, and she was one of the best doctors I'd ever had. Sadly, I moved from San Diego back to Los Angeles, and it has not been easy finding a primary doctor who has the kind of bedside manners and care that she has. I also LOVED this Kaiser facility - so clean, efficient and friendly. None of the LA facilities come remotely close to what I had back in SD.
