Dr. Lebovitz addressed 100% of my concerns without rushing the appointment. She took enough time to specifically ask me and my husband about questions or concerns we might have had, and she also advised me on how to handle certain alarming situations if they did occur again. The most important thing she did though was asking WHY I felt the way I did. As a first-time mom requesting a scheduled c-section, she wanted to understand why I preferred that method over a natural delivery. Most other doctors I had spoken with did not bother to ask about previous medical trauma or WHY I might want major surgery, instead immediately insisting that they didn't "do these things for first-time mothers and deliveries." Dr. Lebovitz not only gave me time to explain myself and my history but then reached out to the anesthesiologist on our medical team and requested her input as well (in addition to reaching out to my pain management specialist, hats off to her for that too!) Thank you, Dr. Lebovitz.
