Dr Sykes every time I have an appointment with her always shows genuine interest and how I'm doing. She's not my therapist but she'll take the time to talk to me to hear my problems and come up with a solution. Sometimes that solution is changing my medications sometimes that solution is just a few minutes it takes for me to get it off my chest while in her appointment. She's very kind understanding, patient, and genuine with her patience. I am so happy I found her because she doesn't just try to medicate me she tries to help me.
