I've been under Dr. Higgins care for a persistent issue for about 3 years. I recommend him without reservation. He has been absolutely amazing. When I first saw him I had been referred because my local eye doctor couldn't diagnosis or treat the issue. They told me I'd have to see UK... RIGHT NOW! I was, needless to say, terrified. Dr. Higgins walked into my room and basically immediately said 'yes this is serious but we know what it is. We can treat it. Everything is going to be okay.' Exactly what I want to hear. No nonsense, no small talk: You're scared. I got you. We talked plenty and he answered all questions after he got the important out of the way. He made clear to me what I should expect and what I should monitor to see if there's further issues. When I had a repeat issue he was in surgery but had his office schedule an appointment that day as soon as he was out of surgery and same thing 'we can handle this. We can fix this'. Perfect. A+
