Dr. Klotz was extremely compassionate during my time of crisis. I had been waiting for hours in the ER waiting room with symptoms of having a miscarriage. He found 2 mintues to literally come out to find me, sit next to me, apologize for my wait, ask me a few questions, and reassure me he would have me seen very soon and he did! Unfortunately within the next 24hrs I was back and lost the baby. He actually was not the doctor appointed to my case when I went back, but he took over my care when he saw I was back and he made sure to continously check in on me while I was there. He has a heart of gold and truly cares about his patients. I will never forget his kindness because that made a huge impact on a traumatic experience and helped me handled it a lot better!
