Dr Feinstein answered a late night call from an ER physician at a different hospital and agreed to see me the following morning (on a Saturday!) for my eye condition He was extremely thorough and kind and explained my condition. I felt reassured and that I was in very capable hands. I am fortunate that he was the retina specialist on call and that he was professional enough to not make me wait until the next business day.
