Dr. Hetzel pays attention to the patient as a person and not just an assemblage of symptoms to be medicated. He has a sharp sense of intuition when drawing conclusions from symptoms and conditions presented to form an accurate diagnosis. In all, a caring physician with the goal of keeping his patients well rather than just addressing existing symptoms.
