Dr. Shaking always impresses me with his knowledge & understanding of all the nuances in my treatment of MD. Today he impressed me with his calmness & compassion as well. A mother called, very concerned about her 6 month old baby who was treated by Dr. Shakin for a retinol problem. Even though he was treating me at that moment, he took the call & graciously reassured her regarding her child's treatment. Dr. Shakin continues to impress me during every visit...
