I went to the ER on Friday night at 10pm. Because the ER was very busy, I didn’t get seen by a nurse and Dr. Jacobs until 1:15am. This is the chance you take going to the ER. Some nights are busy while others you get seen right away. My nurse Heather R. was amazing and got my IV in there on one try. Both Heather R. and Dr. Jacobs worked in unison to get me discharged and back to normal the best they could. Dr. Jacobs has an excellent bedside manner and is very thorough and explained everything. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Heather R. is very accommodating. I always have the best experiences in the ER at Virtua Voorhees. I go out of my way to go there because their service and level of care is unmatched.
