Dr Gerber removed a 12mmx5mm stone that was causing severe pain and was about to ruin an upcoming vacation. Dr Gerber took the time to read the notes carefully to realize that removing the stone and not just placing a stent was the best course of action. I was an end of day emergency room patient who he just met. Rather than taking the easy road, he took a compassionate and professional one. I did get a chance to thank him afterwards-so thank you Dr Gerber!!
