Very kind and compassionate. Helped me feel as comfortable as possible in a bad situation. Explained things as thoroughly as possible to me and didn’t sugarcoat things. Helped educate me and addressed all of my concerns. Seemed to be very knowledgeable, and despite the nature of the appointment I was able to acknowledge this once the appointment was over.
