Dr. Ditkoff is personable, very thorough and detailed, gentle during an exam, and as careful as possible during a painful biopsy. She worked hard to make the diagnostic process move quickly, and told bad news with quiet dignity. She followed up on test results with prompt phone calls and a video conference, and assisted us to connect with the oncology team. We were very satisfied.
