I was in the mental health unit a year ago and Dr. Erica Richards saved me. She is brilliant, knowledgeable with meds, and the most compassionate human being. I am Bipolar 1 mixed state severe and she put me on medications that worked for me and did not overdo. Her expertise did not go unnoticed. She arranged a family meeting as well which helps a great deal. I wish I could see her in practice. Sibley is most fortunate to have her!
