I had an appointment to Dr. Farrell. I've had never had a bad experience with the doctor, but that front desk receptionist, one who check you in, is a nightmare. I had an appointment on the 16th of this month. This particular receptionist needs an attitude check. She has a bad attitude every I come there. She told me I had a $1000.00 deductible to pay, didn't have it, then she said $450, still didn't have it, then she said $250. I then said, you don't understand me? I don't have the money. She then suggested I make another appointment because I didn't have the money. MY GOODNESS! Is it all about the money??? I said, No, I call ya'll if need be. I couldn't she would not let me see the doctor due to no money. Ya'll was going to eventually get your money. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
