“I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Erin Heitman’s office—exactly how it should be, though it sadly isn’t always the case. Dr. Heitman was professional, with excellent bedside manners, and truly listened. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease, taking the time to go over all the noninvasive options first, as well as other possible procedures. I’ve already recommended her to my wife, & will to family, and friends.From the first phone call I made to book the appointment to the receptionist and the nurse, everyone on the team was friendly and helpful. In the four years I’ve been here, this is the third urologist I’ve seen. The first two were disappointing, with unprofessional and rude staff.
