I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Ostby, because she took the time to clearly discuss my condition and treatment options. She never made me feel rushed, or like she had other places to be. In my case the best treatment option was quite clear. At the end of the appointment, when I asked what the cost would be, she walked me out to the administrative team to find the answer, and waited while we discussed the situation regarding my health insurance carrier and this particular treatment. I don’t know if I have ever had as patient a doctor as Dr. Ostby.
