I have been seeing Dr. Erin Valenti for the past five years, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care and support I’ve received. After struggling with severe anxiety following the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I found myself in a dark place where even working out felt impossible. I experienced daily panic attacks and, at one point, was so overwhelmed that I called an ambulance, fearing I was losing control.From my very first appointment, Dr. Valenti was compassionate, understanding, and genuinely invested in my well-being. She listened to my struggles without judgment and provided the support I desperately needed during that challenging time. With her guidance, I have made significant progress and am now able to manage my anxiety much better, even returning to activities I once loved.I cannot recommend Dr. Erin Valenti enough. Her empathy and expertise have been instrumental.
