Dr. Baul has been my primary care doctor with the V.A. for years and I am lucky to have him. He is knowledgeable, gets back to me promptly when I have questions and genuinely cares about long term health. He is a wealth of information and always weighs the pros and cons of medical advice with me and takes time to explain all procedures in detail so there is no anxiety of what to expect.
