34-year old daughter was coming home from NYC after 10 years. My wife and I thought we might prepare for her coming home, get some professional tips about how to best deal with a returning adult child. Ernest Madhavan gave us practical tools indeed for how to collaborate as a group of 3, seeking a win-win-win on issues that arise along the way. Also to seek her permission when honing in on issues that have proved to be triggers historically for her. She's been home two months now, and so far, at least, we've never gotten along better. We have met with him at his office in Kirkland twice and a couple of text tune ups, and it's been a delight each time, very effective. Not perfect, but close!
