I waited less than 5 minutes before being called to the examination room. The assistant was very friendly and professional. Dr Stein explained what she was going to do (new crown and a small filling), asked if I wanted to be numbed (yes) and proceeded to give me a relatively painless injection. After I was numb, she proceeded carefully in her work, stopping to ask if I was comfortable or needed to rinse. After the procedure she asked if I had any questions and then wished me well. The payment process was very easy. All of the staff are very good.
