Been seeing dr nelson approx 10 years. he is the most professional straight forward dr I have ever met I would trust him with my life and I do. You won't ever find a more pleasant down to earth person and one who cares as much about you as he does his own self. I wish all doctors were like him. there aren't words good enough to express how I feel about dr nelsen!!!
