I HAD TO USE DR. EVANS SMITH SERVICES FROM DEC 2019 THROUGH JUNE, 2020 AND RECEIVED EXCELLENT CARE. DR. SMITH IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A SWEET DISPOSITION VERY CARING ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. MORE DOCTORS SHOULD BE LIKE DR. SMITH.
