She was very thorough and asked many questions - I was a new patient, about 45 minutes - hour. She repeated her instructions and offered to print them out for me. I have online access, which is nice. Good demeanor and her staff were friendly. I don't recall waiting very long after speaking with her assistant who asked some questions for clarification. Other new doctors I've seen typically talk to me for about 20 min. My vet sees my dog longer than that. Dr. Henry was terrific!
