Dr. Amin has helped me to lose weight by educating me on a variety of topics including how building muscle helps to maximize your calorie burn, the best type of exercise to keep my metabolism high, how to use intermittent fasting as a tool in weight loss, how to monitor and track my macros to help with weight loss and so much more. It's one thing to follow a diet, or food plan, but Dr. Amin explains and educates how the food we eat effects our hormones along with weight loss. She is kind, knowledgeable and very supportive. I highly recommend her services.
