Dr. Farzaneh Banki was amazing for my 75 year-old mother! She didn't just explain my mother's procedure, she took the time to break it all down in a way my mother understood and answered every single one of our questions. It was important to Professor Banki that we actually understood everything and left with no questions--something lacking in most offices lately.Her office staff, Mrs.Alex and Mrs Gissel were the best! So helpful in answering all of my mom's intake questions and making sure she felt like family and not a number! I recommend to anyone needing Thoracic Surgery please give her office a call!
