Let me start by saying the minute I walked into the office and said hello the sense of caring overflowed in the office with the desk staff. Caring bedside manners and total focus on me, the patient. Doctor Hall walked in with a smile and was eager to help with my concerns. I have had four visits and all of them were comfortable and showed individual attention (one on one) with no rushing, answering all questions and asking at the end of the visit if I had any other concerns. I have had four visits so far and all of them were enjoyable and so glad I chose Dr. Hall. The staff is one in a million and the doctor is simply the best. When you combine the one in a million and the best together you are unbeatable. Great staff and great service. Dr Felicia Hall was excellent in every aspect. I would recommend her office and services to anyone.
