I've had the sincere please of being Dr Noerager's patient for 10 years. Rarely do I come in contact with anyone who is as bright, filled with professional knowledge, and her empathy to those she serves enthusiastically. I look most foreword towards placing my health in her hands. Dr Noerager is a major asset to Bham & especially VA. Ken Giglio, age 70, USAF
