I was referred to Dr Diehn for cervical facet injections (4) and it was my first time having this procedure. I was anxious when I arrived for the appointment. Immediately after coming in contact with Dr. Diehn and the nurses and other staff who worked with him my anxiety completely went away and I felt listened to, safe and in good hands. I was told step by step what was happening and the experience was positive. Dr. Diehn and the staff I worked with showed compassion and professionalism.
