I am not understanding these other negative ratings at all. I am a school teacher who understands the importance of clarity and making another feel comfortable and respected. The reason why we go to doctors is because we often cannot identify the root of what is causing our pain nor the most effective method to heal that pain. I felt comforted by Dr. Monaco’s bedside manner. He was warm but direct with solutions. His goal is not to put a bandaid on pain but to provide help in alleviating it and then work toward incorporating therapy to prevent future pain. Like I said, warm, direct and comforting without being patronizing or sappy. I will update my review after my future treatments in case anything should change regarding his bedside manner but I doubt that he will be anything other than what I experienced today. I am very satisfied with Dr. Monaco’s care.
