Dr. Kawai was such a pleasant surprise. He took care of my 93 year old father while he was hospitalized. He spoke to my father with such dignity and respect, shook his hand, and answered all our questions very patiently. He helped to get him a room while he was in the emergency room. Thank you Dr. Kawai, you are so good at your job!
