Dr Bannout, was the first Dr in all my years of having my seizures to actually take the time to listen to me, even though it took me a while. He was patient with and caring. He did test and keep checking on me in the hospital. He found I have PENS and trying to get that under control so I can work on my other seizures as well. When I was in the hospital in my home town. And they wanted to send me to Loma Linda and he was on vacation he took the time to check on me. And then told them to let me go home. Bc were I live the hospital has no idea what they are doing and have no neurologist. And I had my care giver there to care for me. So I was allowed to go home. Then I went to see him in a month and he made sure the people at that hospital didn't mess up my vns line by holding my head while I had a seizure. He works closely with my regular Dr and insurance to make sure I get the best care I need. And if I need anything or need to come in early he will make a video call. He is the most amazing Dr I have met.
