FIRST: Dr David only treats Veteran Administration patients. He has been my primary care doctor over two years. I was very happy with him from the first time I met with him. He is through, attentive, caring and has the patient's needs at the very forefront of his treatment. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran and Dr. David takes his time to treat all my many illnesses. A few VA doctors I had before seemed to be overly driven to watch the clock too much and getting on to the next patient.
