Thank you Dr. Forrest Moore for saving my son's life on Father's Day 2016 from the depths of my heart. My son was 28 at the time and accidentally shot himself in the abdomen while cleaning his gun which he thought was empty. I will forever be grateful to you and the entire staff at Chandler Regional Hospital for the skills, expert care and repair you performer on my son. Thank you & God Bless You!!!
