I went to see Dr Palazzo after a terrible experience with another surgeon. I was immediately at ease when the Dr walked into the room. He introduced himself and shook my hand. He listened to me as I explained my condition. He reviewed my records, examined me and then explained what his approach would be. Before seeing him I was totally disappointed with my experience with the surgeon and his staff that I previously saw. After my visit with Dr Palazzo, I felt so comfortable and knew I was in the best hands possible. It was a blessing to find a doctor with great knowledge, great bedside manner, and a great surgical reputation. The ease getting an appointment was excellent, his staff was courteous and excellent and I feel so relaxed and confident being under Dr Palazzo's care.
