One day Doc told me to call myself an Addiction Survivor and think about it. That phrase has changed my feelings about myself and my life had changed since because of the positive behavioral changes I am making. Thank you Doc for everything you have done for our family. You will be forever in our prayers and an example of a man, father, husband, son, doctor, and friend to many luck people. Those who are fortunate enough to know you are blessed.
