I was transferred to Dr. Chang after Dr. Torres left the practice and he has been absolutely amazing with my children. I have 3 boys ages 8,7 and 2 and he never fails to say hi to them even when we aren't there to see him. He is caring and they adore him. We've been going to this practice now for two years and there hasn't been a time when they were needed and didn't come through. They take my concerns seriously and address all my questions. simply amazing people!
