Dr. Francisico Torres is a EXPERT Neurologist. Words will never express how much I appreciate the compassion and communication along with what treatments are in the best interest of his patients. I truly feel Blessed he was my Neurologist because Of his incredible intelligence in his profession I am glad I followed his treatment plan.
