I saw Dr. Pastor for a shoulder injury. I walked away with the following impression of him: 1.He’s very observant and seems to genuinely care about his patients. 2.He was very professional in a relaxed way, which for someone like me, and my personality, this was the right approach ; he's confident, but not arrogant, which is rare nowadays. 3.I did not feel rushed, which was a bit surprising. For me, he took the time to dig for clarifying information and listen to my concerns. I actually feel like he heard me my concerns.I got a feeling he did not judge me, and actually listened with empathy. Pastor allowed me to give my input on the care plan we put in place: for someone like me, it’s very important to me to be part of the solution. He also helped me incorporate other exercises as part of my care. Normally, I don’t leave these types of reviews; however , I was impressed with his overall approach to care of my shoulder. : and it takes a lot to impress me.. I recommend to give him a chance. Particularly if you’re a control freak like me : I think you’ll like this particular doctor’s approach..
