I’ve been seeing Dr Cortazar since my nephrologist moved. Dr C explains everything, keeps track of your progress or decline, goes over all tests—labs, ultrasound, etc—and discusses them w you & possible changes needed w diet, meds & fluid intake. I’d never switch from him. Office staff in Clifton Park is excellent—friendly well-run doctor’s office.
