I've been seeing Dr Wright for quite some time now and he is one of the top doctors in my book. He is very descriptive in his explanation of conditions and his bedside manner is nothing short of fabulous. I see him yearly for EGD and he always comes to talk with me prior to the procedure. He just knows his his stuff very well. Moving on to other things that could be better.... If you call his office you get a large number of telepromps directing you to your doctor's nurse and you must leave a voicemail. Now, in the past I usually got a call back quickly but the last 4 times has been a nightmare. It seems nobody knows what's going on at all. I have a prescription that I take regularly and it's has been a nightmare trying to get it refilled monthly. Just recently as today, they sent in an OTC instead of my regular RX. I'm not sure what the issue is but it needs to be corrected. But Dr Wright is a great doctor!
