Dr. Franklin was my peds GI doc when I was a little girl over 20 years ago. He provided evidence-based, empathetic care. He explained things to me and my family in a way that we could all understand. I will always remember his easy-going going approach that made it less scary for me as a little kid at a specialist’s clinic.
