Dr Basile was always attentive to the needs of my husband, Franklin S McCarthy until his recent passing on November 10th. Two weeks ago I sent a certified letter return receipt, rather urgently requesting certain documentation from him regarding the progression of my husbands illness. To date I have received nothing and time is running out to settle the matter at hand. To say I am disappointed does not begin to describe how I feel. I am grateful for treatment he received.
