I cannot even fully express how happy I am to be a patient of Dr. Ralls. I have been provided with such over and above care from Dr. Ralls. Truly, my health and well being is as important to Dr. Ralls as it is to me. I am so shocked with Dr. Ralls investment in my best interest, he has personally called me to follow-up on the progress of my treatment. Additionally, his call was to decide (together) how we are going to proceed with my long term plan. In 2025, what doctor ever calls his patients directly? Working with several health professionals over the years, I have never, ever had a physician follow-up with me directly outside of their office. Typical follow-ups are scheduled in the physicians office, and of course with a cost involved. Dr. Ralls has treated me as a real person. Dr. Ralls truly is invested in proving me with over and above care!!!
