I met Dr. Rubalcava about 30 years ago while I was in the ER. He was fantastic then, and still a truly great Cardiologist. Anyone who ask me for a good Cardiologist, I always refer them Dr. Rubalcava. His upbeat attitude and work ethic really makes you feel like everything is going to be OK. Keep up the Great Work Doctor Rubalcava!!
