To the point. Answers and explains every procedure and question asked. So kind and patient when explaining everything. Always has a wonderful smile. Always sits and listens. Never in a hurry. You leave with knowledge of what is wrong and what you can do about it along with everything he will do and also give you a warm smile letting you know he will do his best to make you well again.
