Excellent! (I made my appointment with Dr Gwathmey because he successfully repaired a tear in my hip tendons 5 years ago.) This time I had severe knee pain. He thoroughly explained the MRI of my knee and answered all questions. He is friendly and has a great bedside manner. He recommended with great confidence that a steroid shot in my knee would help the severe pain I was having. He said to call back if I was still having any pain and at that point he felt that I would be a good candidate to have the effected part of the meniscus 'trimmed'. 24 hours later, I would say that the pain in my knee is almost entirely gone! The staff was also kind and efficient. Wait time was minimal.
