Dr. Heredia, was our moms doctor. He cared for her through her breast cancer and dementia. Our mom always enjoyed his visits. We truly believe that Dr Heredia and his staff are a godsend. We just lost her not long ago, but he caught that mom was declining (99) and set up hospice. Her journey was hard, but we were able to navigate with his help.
