I felt Dr. Rumore was genuinely interested in helping me and that he is definitely well qualified and experienced. A few of the "reviews" I had read previously gave me pause, but after seeing Dr. Rumore over time, I realized something. You get out of this process what you put into it, and no doctor can save you from yourself or unreasonable expectations. Someone actually complained that they had to pay a missed appointment fee. I think that's totally reasonable, since doctors don't get paid otherwise, and you are taking up an appointment that could have gone to someone else. I also imagine that a fair number of patients have emotional issues and those get directed even at people who are there to help them, such as doctors. So I would say that if you are a reasonable person, keep your appointments, and really want to change, then Dr. Rumore is certainly a competent and good choice. He definitely helped me, and I would recommend him to my own friends and family.
