My experience with Dr Aledo and his entire staff could not have gone better! Every step of the way was explained in detail and charges (my portion) were discussed prior to any actions being taken. He was friendly, courteous and made certain I had no further questions before introducing me to their hygenist. As for the hygenist, she accomodated my request to do my cleaning immediately - sacrificing a segment of her lunch break in the process. She also happened to be quite gentle, which is a rare and precious commodity in my experience. Frankly, I just don't get the negative reviews!
