I worked with Dr Hammill many years ago at PMC in Escondido, CA. I was an RN on a post surgical unit. I can honestly say there wasn’t a nurse there who didn’t love this man. He respected nurses, loved his patients and was the best and most compassionate surgeon I have ever met. You are lucky if you are his patient.
